New
regulations for couriers of biological specimens are
in effect.
The
good news is that a Materials of Trade exception has
been enacted in the latest ruling by DOT (HM-226) which
reduces regulations for couriers. However, there are
packaging and training awareness requirements that couriers
need to practice to avoid fines.
